Experience my sophisticated studio for a private workout that gives you space to thrive. My studio is clean, well-equipped and private which only allow 5 people to be in at a time during your training. This to ensure our safety while training during Covid-19. As your PT, my priority is helping you learn to believe in yourself. My results-driven approach adapts to your specific needs, whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, optimise sports performance or improve your mobility.

My Services

I will work closely with you to provide a tailored training and nutrition programme that accounts for your total well-being, from sleep to stress, to ensure you achieve the results you want whilst looking after your physical and emotional health. My PT service is delivered in person One to One and Online platform, select the option that more accessible and easier to adapt for you but you can use both of them together if that can deliver the best result.

Body Transformation

From my own experience, I know how daunting it is to start - and stick to - a weight loss programme. Resistance training is a great place to start and I'll design one that is based on your unique physical, nutritional, emotional and lifestyle needs. This will help you get your body to a healthier place and build your confidence (both in body and mind) in the long term.

Weight Loss

Whatever is your motivation, it’s very important to regain balance and get back to a healthier place. For many people this is a highly personal and sensitive matter, with real progress derived from understanding our individual physical, nutritional, emotional, and lifestyle habits. We can help you to restore your body’s healthy body composition.

Rehab

If you're struggling with a niggling muscular or postural injury that’s causing pain or discomfort, restricting movement or preventing you from enjoying certain activities as much as you’d like, we can help you to progress from a chronic injury back to full fitness.

Semi Private Personal Training

If you prefer to share the costs of personal training with a couple of friends or colleagues, I can oversee smaller group sessions which are more affordable yet offer the attention and personalisation of 1:1 coaching.

Home & Outdoors PT

Whether your limited on time or want to make the most of your exercise equipment - be it your office gym or a yoga mat - I can come to train you in the comfort of your own home or private space at work. (London-based only).

Strength Training

Want to focus on improving your core body strength? I'll help you with a highly focused and effective strength training programme that uses a range of techniques, such as strongman training, functional bodyweight and bodybuilding exercises.

Sport Specific

If you’re playing a particular sport regularly, I can design a programme specifically around its functional requirements, challenges, imbalances and risks that will help improve your performance whilst reducing the risk of injury.

Body Restore

Studies show Exercise for Special Population with health issues like osteoporosis, high/low blood pres‐ sure and cancer can contribute to a significant lifestyle change. However, you can still be in control of your body by strengthening your resistance, flexibility, muscles and weight our Body Restore program.
